If you do not receive this email then it is unlikely that we have received it either or that we do not have a correct email address for you.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is normally within three to four days. However, we always do our best to ensure a speedy delivery if the speech is required urgently. We will always reply giving you a delivery date.

Why have I not received my speech & or poem?

Your order will be emailed to the address that you entered. If you have not received your speech/poem then it is likely that there is a problem with your email account or that you entered an incorrect email address. You can check your email account or address by sending an email to yourself.
